Service description
InfoRadek is a service for websites and e-shops that helps visitors find information in the content of a specific website, manual hints, articles, products and other approved sources.
Registration and onboarding
Submitting a request does not automatically create a contract. Service connection, setup scope, test operation, free onboarding or special offers for early registered clients are confirmed individually.
Responsibility for content
The client is responsible for the accuracy, legality and timeliness of website content, product data, manual hints and other information used by InfoRadek.
Administration and access
Administration users must protect their access credentials and use the service only for authorised projects.
Availability and development
The service is continuously developed. Features may change, expand or be adjusted.
